Hi all,

The upcoming Public Numba Dev meeting is on Auguest 11th at 10:30 US central time. You can find instructions on how to join in the event details on this google calender. (Tips: adding it to your own calendar will convert the time to your timezone.)

Continuing like last time with a more defined agenda, here are some topics that we can have:

  1. 0.51.0 key features demo. A short demo of the new key features.
  2. Numba Q3 plans. Numba devs discuss their plans for Q3.

Hi everyone,

Can we add to the agenda a discussion on our two RFCs ([RFC] Implementation proposal for a new Numba back-end, [RFC] Language design for a new back-end to automatically offload data-parallel kernels)?

I can make do with 30 minutes, split across a small presentation followed by Q&A.
