Can someone cut a new release of llvmlite?

Hi all,

I’d love to see a new release of llvmlite on PyPI, specifically for changes like this one that adds metadata support for global variables, etc:

As of today, the current version (0.38.1) doesn’t include any changes since January 17, 2022 besides fixing M1 build support (commit 650c36d5a79e3825d26fb44f4abd853729a9b959).
