Llvmlite native build facing issue if llvm-config binary is pointed and present in environment also llvm-config binary not found error i am facing i am not getting why this happens?

i am trying it on riscv target.i have exported llvm-config of llvm 11 for llvmlite0.38

What do you get when llvm-config directly - e.g. llvm-config --version or llvm-config --cxxflags?

I tried llvm-config --version it give 11.0 it’s version printed
