Moving questions to project

Hi all, I have just joined in the hope that I can give a better experience to my students by learning this marvellous tool.

I have created a practice exam and started to create some questions but, due to my ignorance, I have not created the questions inside the exam. Can someone please explain in easy terms how I ‘move’ my questions into the exam or do I need to re-write them inside the exam project.
