# Numba 0.53.1 bugfix release

Dear all,

Numba 0.53.1 is now available. It is a bugfix-release for two critical issues and two build failures.

Conda packages can be installed from the in the `numba` channel on [anaconda.org](http://anaconda.org) with `conda`:

`conda install -c numba numba=0.53.1`

Wheels for supported platforms can be installed from PyPi with `pip`

`pip install numba==0.53.1`
